Im pretty sure W.Carter Collection is half features of wayne and the other half of the songs are Carter 2 songs that were already released on Tha Carter 2, Like Father Like Son, or Tha Carter 2.5 , im not sure , i gotta check my notes... but i think Tha Carter 2,Like Father Like Son mixtape is official cuz Wayne mentioned it in an interview. By the time im done with all this song scavenging,ill know whats official or not.

edit: On the W.Carter Collection 2 intro, wayne talks about the mixtapes so W.Carter Collections are official i guess.

Wayne and Juelz both shout out Mick Boogie on the mixtapes interludes. The article you found probably refers to the original leaked "I Can't Feel My Face Mixtape" and Juelz might of been interviewed earlier and the article was just released in December.

Wayne has shouted out Mick Boogie on alot of Mixtapes, he could of just used waynes vocals from earlier collaborations. There were no other ICFMF mixtapes released before Blow except the My Hood Your Hood mixtape which is clearly bootlegg. Ill check after im done scavenging.

Before Blow came out, a mixtape called "I CAN'T FEEL MY FACE: THE MOST ANTICIPATED MIXTAPE OF THE YEAR" leaked and had all the songs off Blow, NODJ. The coverart had Wayne and Juelz sitting on a car and it said DIPSET AND YOUNG MONEY PRESENTS. At the time the songs had never been heard before (songs like Rubber Burnin', Get At These Niggas etc.).

On the intro to Blow at the end Wayne says "I Can't Feel My Face Mixtape featuring Juelz Santana out right now!".

On The Carter Files there's an interlude called "Carter Talk Part 3" and on it Wayne says "I Can't Feel My Face mixtape out right now and then we got the official I Can't Feel My Face mixtape coming out later on", I wanna know the date the tape came out to see if he was referring to BLOW as the unofficial tape or the MOST ANTICIPATED MIXTAPE OF THE YEAR one.
