/dumb thread, you gave a very narrow selection there, Wayne's been through so many stages in his life that almost every 3-4 years something is different about him, whether its his style, or his rapping, which usually both go hand-in-hand. as soon as i saw this thread i knew it'd be bad, you know how many people have made this same thread before? He was at his best from 2005 to 2009. He was really good before 2005 too tho. After 2009 he has fallen of quite a lot, but C4 was still decent.

"Lil Wayne now" is songs from 12/13 right?

Not really into material from before Tha Carter eventho his lyrics was on point. Something about his flow and the beats probably, didn't sound right. I don't like much of his new material either, but it sounds better, so it's all down to a few song from each period for me.

All in all New favorites > Old favorites.

Fuck man, hate threads like this. It's always been the same Wayne. The dude is so versatile that he switches up his flow and swag on pretty much a yearly basis. Theres no such thing as different waynes, its just him, thats the way he is. Switches shit up.
