Where do you guys rank wayne as an ARTIST ? is he top 10 20 30 or even 100?

my top ten is here eminem is the only rapper i feel should be in the top ten based on his fan base, records sold ( 100 million +) number 1 albums, awards etc i think jayz ,biggie , 2pac are in the early 20's and wayne falls in the eary 40's
