After I saw that, I knew I was using it

Wayne could have done a photoshoot for the project and I wouldn't have used it

But yeah, like that one guy said, you should save it frequently
Also, use a cloud system like SkyDrive or Google Drive so they are automatically saved there, in the folder created on your computer so the files are automatically uploaded
