Can anybody help me clear this up if it's a freestyle supposly for a mixtape or a carter 1/2 session song that hova got because it leaked..

This might of been when he was thinking about going to ROC, that's what I think. It was probably supposed to be a collaboration or something, but I think it has something to do with him thinking about going to ROC
