The first time I ever heard wayne was Fireman when it actually came out. I was a sophomore in highschool. From then on I was hooked. I got to hear like father like son when it came out. I remember when drought 3 dropped. That changed EVERYTHING. But my most memorable moment of listening to wayne in his prime is when I downloaded 3 peat and banged it in the car. Shit was amazing. I wept."My impact so hard, if I died I'd probably bounce right back"

I missed 07 tuned in at the beginning of 08 because I heard about how much he was killing it through my college mate who always was bumping him in his car on our lunches. I wasn't into Hip Hop before 08 really like not like I am now, before I just liked Kanye since I was like 12 but never experienced much other Hip Hop was into Indie Rock etc. I had obviously heard Wayne feature on a few songs before back when I was between 12-16 at Secondary school but never really took any notice of it. Two of my favourite songs during school was Nas - Just a Moment & Kanye West - Through the Wire even though I was still into all other music so I guess I've always been a Hip Hop fan deep down, was just never around people that liked it, specially American Hip Hop. Still ain't really, but you are influenced more when you are younger into liking and listening to what all your mates do.
The Wayne obsession started in 08 continued for few years and then slowly as that obsession died down a bit got me onto all other Hip Hop. Now my iTunes library consists of 40GBs of nothing but Hip Hop.Last edited by Kuzz; 11-14-2013, 07:18 AM.
