Was just thinking about this. If wayne really sues cash money, c5 will not be released in 2015. A lawsuit to free wayne and YM (drake & nicki) from cash money would take literal YEARS in court. The amount of money at stake for each party (drake wayne nicki baby) is insane. Fuck this shit

C5 will be released this year. Birdman didn't post pone indefinitely, but until he felt it was right to drop. Wayne will atleast get his album released while this goes on, but the legal aspects especially his contracts and Nicki & Drake could take longer.

Look at IANAHB 1 & 2. Way out of Wayne's comfort zone, and Baby has no problem with those.

It's a personal matter between the two, and money. Birdman's main focus is Young Thug, not stopping Wayne from putting out a supposedly bad album.

We are talking about playing tug of war with 100 million dollars. Do you realize this? Nicki Wayne Drake and Baby each bring in on average 25 Million a year. This wont be a quick fix. There is no way in hell in baby's mind that he is going to let wayne drake and nicki move on, and there is no way in hell from Universal's perspective that they are going to lose them either.

That's an extremely optimistic and "best case scenario" way to look at it. That would be incredibly ideal, but wont work because of the amount of money involved.

Just saw it. Yea Wayne and Baby have a real problem that's not going to be solved any time soon because there are too many majors players involved (baby wayne drake nicki). Obviously there has been a rift for awhile now and it got to the point its at now. There's no turning back. C5 literally may not drop in 2015.
