Did Tez develop down syndrome or autism? Or is he the trying to be the downfall of Wayne's legacy?(which will never happen, just saying) I just want to understand how they are approaching the promotion for CV

Its so fucked up cause the whole "Carter V Seasson" thing made me think we were gonna keep getting new music like weekly or something till the album drop. Never happened
