It's quite normal when stores start receiving copies, shouldn't even really be considered a leak to be honest.
As usual they will get the album a couple of days/week before it's been released so they can put promotional shit out.
It's too close to release now, unless they pull off another Rebirth.

For those who don't know what happened to Rebirth: After months of delays, it came down to I think it was less than a week and Amazon had sent 200 copies out (I think it was the middle of December), the product was ready, finished, Drop the World had just leaked, had 2 singles buzzing around it.
Then Cortez decided to delay it until February, but the copies were out so the album obviously leaked.

Now, I can understand delaying an unfinished product, but that was just plain dumb on every fucking level, it didn't help promote it, it didn't even make the news much, hardly anyone who wasn't a Wayne fan already was excited for the album anyway (I love it).

I won't hold my breath about the album until I start hearing snippets from Amazon/iTunes. Until then, it's in Cortez Bryant's hands, which I don't know if he has kids or not but would probably try to delay their birth to build hype.

There's got to be a reason they do what they do. Yes, to us it's fucking stupid. But something has to go on behind-the-scenes as to why they push shit back like that all the time. But we will NEVER know because we aren't YM.

Only thing we have to go on now for no pushbacks, is we are less than 3 weeks away from release. Just yesterday everybody was tweeting and posting about C5 Oct.28 so that's all we've got for now. I hope it doesn't leak, but every album that drops has a leak of some sort. But until we get an official statement... C5 comin soon.
