At this point they need to stop playing games and just drop it Friday the 21st. Everyone is expecting it that date as it is. We've already waited 5 years for it anyway and already had the rollout with singles and everything once around. Aside from that, no one does these big major rollout plans anymore. All it takes is a tweet with a release date to get the ball rolling hence Kanye with Yandhi. And no one is gonna overshadow Wayne with C5 especially if it is as good as he says it is

Nobody even knows when Wayne is dropping. Maybe if they at least gave us a concrete date this wouldn't happen. Dude just has random people post a V like that tells us anything. We already know C5 is coming, can at least give us a date don't have to give us anything else.

Have a good feeling that September 21st will come and go and we won’t hear anything about this album... same with Wayne’s B-Day. I still think it’ll be a surprise release but when nobody has any clue. Travis had a TON of speculated release dates and by the time he announced it a couple days before people were going fucking INSANE in his comments “I’ll kill my dog if you don’t drop this fucking album!!” Haha

Not saying its chill but letting people hype themselves up by knowing literally nothing will do numbers... this doesn’t feel like a traditional release at all.

With the lyrical ability he developed between 2011 and now. Yes, it will atleast be better than c4. With a big potential to be better than c3 and c1. C2 will be a hard one.

Agreed it could top part 4 at least. If the whole album sounds like life of mr Carter it could be a possible chance it may be better then C3 and C1 to me imo because the life of mr Carter snippet was the snippet that got me so fuckin hype for C5 and start this shit off right and I agree about C2 it’s gonna be hard one for Wayne to top because that’s my favorite Carter album.

No offense but this post makes no sense..... Wayne nor YM has confirmed a release date. Hell the only offical announcement we got of this coming was " This fall" in the Billboard interview. So why should other artists hold off if there isn't a release date to hold them off from releasing there music? It's different if it was confirmed.

Also if YE is dropping Saturday and wayne decides to drops on the 28th that gives him a whole full day before YE to sell and steal the hype.

I agree, no doubt better than carter 4, I’ve heated this before on the forum about the songs suppose to be on carter 5, but when when was dropping singles back in the day they weren’t that good.. lately I think Wayne’s rapping has been legit, so I’d like to see some songs updated with his flow now a days.. I think the album will live up to hype tho
