People here were saying No Ceilings 2 was better than No Ceilings 1, I can't take y'all serious.
How personal did Wayne get on C4? What did we learn about him there? It ain't even gotta be anything as deep as suicide, but just his outlook on his journey up until that point? Shit he'd learned or been through. Or even felt passionate about. Lemme know.
What about his lyrical wordplay? How clever was he? Was he even able to tell a coherent story let alone stay on a topic? Shit, was there even a topic most of the time? Lemme know.
We all know he got a million flows tho... Right? Maybe? Idk, how'd that pan out on C4? Lemme know.
Bruh I can answer more of those in relation to IANAHB2 than I can C4. But ayye, maybe you peeped some shit I missed. Lemme know.
Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.

Nobody said NC2 was better than NC, I refuse to believe this. NC2 is garbage, point me to the idiot that said this.

Tape as a whole wasn't better, but that was the engineers fault.

I don’t think C4 was trash. it was good, but after listening to C4 before C5, I can say C4 sounded more lazy. C4 was like his mainstream album cause he got out of jail for a year and was waiting on the comeback. Wayne has been gone for 4 years and he came back sounding hungry. plus there’s a lot more story telling wayne on this album vs. C4 and that’s what I like. he’s staying on topic, you can tell C5 was recorded during a period that was hard from his life. That’s whats great about this album. It has waaaay more emotion packed behind than C4 did. C4 is good, but this is better.
