You are implying that sales determine quality. Clearly you are wrong and therefore invalid. There are many albums that are far better than any mainstream and sell close to nothing. So regardless of sales this could be a great album.

"Wayne ain't shit right now" is a really poor argument as to why he won't sell more than that. Tha Carter series is literally the biggest Hip Hop series in the genre. Now with that said, factor that this will be Wayne's final SOLO album. Factor in how hard Wayne said he's working on it. Also factor in that Wayne's a superstar. He's not just a rapper, his name constantly has buzz to it. He's a household name.

Carter 5 is selling no less than 500,000 first week. C5, at the least, will touch 700k.
