Except it does. And no mixtape with 6 songs I can do without is trumping one that has like 2. Watch My Shoes is very strong. Bam. We gon' keep mentioning that though? Niggas act like Wayne literally made a mixtape with a bunch of songs the same caliber as Throw It In The Bag Remix when it wasn't that consistent at all. 365 24/7 9,999,999 fucking seconds in a goddamn year, I don't give a shit. It's not that good. Not. That. Good. Great Mixtape. Not his absolute best. Mid-level. Like S4TW2. 8 out of fucking 10. Bam. And that's being nice. Mid-fucking-level. Like a nigga shinin' my damn shoes. Aka your opinion in shinin' my shoes right now.
That's absurd. No Ceilings receives that praise it does because its classic "Mixtape Weezy." He goes on every hot song of the time and makes the beats way better than the originals.
He does not "Go In" on every fucking track. Sweet Jesus, people. Drop the shenanigans. It's a good mixtape. But it is not classic or game-changing like Da Drought 3 and Dedication 2. It just isn't. And a classic doesn't have to be game-changing. But this isn't a classic. An example of a classic that isn't game-changing is "The Suffix". That's how you consistently go in, track-for-track and bar-for-bar.
No ceilings is dope cause he rapped for 5 minutes straight in about 8-9 of the songs.<-rough estimate lol. Now sftw2 is more consistent throughout. ONLY song I skip is DIL. SFTW2 is a classic because it's the beginning of a new era. Its like watching the Phoenix rise from the ashes.
I peep folks saying this, but it's not really true. S4TW2 and NC are pretty much identical as far as how much Wayne actually spit. I know it seems like it, but I actually gave both a thorough listen just to check.

Thanks again. I really don't get where niggaz are getting this shit from. Very little of NC actually had me like, "Oh shit, this nigga want blood." It was good, but I didn't get the feeling I did from DD3. I didn't like NC that much when I first listened to it. I skip a good portion of it. Now you can chalk it up to his recent lull, but S4TW2 surprised tf out of me. When I play S4TW2, I'll take maybe 3 songs off(DiL, No Type, Alphabet). Sometimes I may leave No Type and get rid of Hot Nigga, but his focus is greater than on NC. Hands down.
Tbh I agree with him. Rebirth had good lyrics that made sense and had you think beyond how clever Wayne was being. Like he actually had shit to say on Rebirth. He wasn't ashamed to jump out there and try some different shit as a gangsta rapper and I respect it. I liked it. I hated Prom Queen at first but it was actually a good song. There wasn't any corny cringy lyrics in Rebirth, aside from maybe One Way Trip. Sure, if you're not into that kind of shit... Or the idea of Lil Wayne doing anything remotely close to rock kills you inside, cool. But it wasn't because he wrote bad songs and performed them terribly.
Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.
Tbh rebirth could of been better, the leaks could of easily made a good album, like lifes 2 short, look out, Ready for the world, girls forever, and those beats essay potna posted of beats he made for weezys rebirth were amazing but didn't make the cut because cortez and bird bitches sabtoaged his shit albums like rebirth had potential to be way better mane

How you going to name the weak Rebirth leaks and not the strong leaks like Fix My Hat, Politics aka Lethal Injection, In The Morning, etc ?

Yeah I know. It's just the first Rebirth song I heard and hated, only because I didn't like the idea of him doing rock inspired music instead of actually listening to it for what it is.
