I agree, wayne wasn't as hungry as he is now. I completely love all his releases, literally ,but if I had to say....id choose SFTW2.
Dedication 5 to me is cool, nothing wrong with the tape. But honestly, I felt like I was listening to an add on of D4. SFTW2 on tha other hand, he sounded hungry AF! Im speakin for me here but HollyWeezy goes HARD, his delivery was what I think is the closest to No Ceilings material (the song, not tha whole tape).

Long story short, Sorry For Tha Wait 2 lmao

SFTW2 felt a bit more like he was trying. Wayne been in the game so long I bet it's nothing to drop a tape so for him to care, I feel like SFTW2 was just tougher.

Yeah and almost every other song on the tape. Pure columbia had wack lyrics. Levels was classic, but a little the flow was a little jerky still. You song was one of wayne's best verses since pre-prison, i'll always admit that. SFTW2 though... fire throughout pretty much

This. I dunno why D5 is praised so much. Few good tracks, way too many features.

Now, my question is, am I the only one that preferred Dedication 5? I thought D5 was an excellent tape, not only lyrically, but I loved that he finally sounded "Weezy" again whereas on sorry 4 the wait 2 he is all on that high pitched, young thug voice.
That voice does not bother me at all, I don't really notice it until someone brings it up
