First off, just wanna go on record and say I don't think Wayne has fallen off, and probably never will. He is still the best rapper, the best at wordplay, the best at punchlines and similies. No one can touch him. Every project he drops and pretty much ever verse from the 90s to 2015 have been lyrical dope as hell. My opinion is that its just the way its being dropped. Most people (general casual listeners) care more about album than a mixtape like sftw2. If he could be dropping singles and albums as officially and streamlined as a jay or Ye, Tune would be respected as the superstar that he is. He's missed out on being on the next level i think. He was a superstar in the C3 era but he should have went further. His label blocked that. Wayne could have a nightly vegas show right now. (which is what he wanted back when people said he was as big as Britney) but Fucking Birman and all the delays and whoever picks the weak-beat singles have hurt Wayne so much that he's losing respect. Its sad, I hope he can bounce back, i hope he wants it since he wanted to retire recently. I want him to go for it again, get the CM BS dealt with, run with YM and the shit he created and fuck up the world again. We can only hope.

if wayne could go back to the time of when he dropped fire flame i think he would do some things a bit different but live life with no regrets be you do you. waynes been in this game for 20 years and at least 14 years at a top level in pro sports thats hall of fame shit right there.

in fact wayne is better than he has been since jail, look at the amazing features we got, s4tw2 is arguably his best mixtape since no ceilings, c5 singles were great too (except for start a a fire), moment was amazing. he is hungry, you can tell he has passion for music again now.

he just needs to release an album to prove everybody wrong!

oh and if you talking about relevancy, he will always be relevant, he flopped last year because there was no promo at all.

maybe he didnt care anymore, maybe it was something different but if you compare 2012 to the other years where he dropped music it is definitely the worst year for wayne
he had kind of a comback with d5 but now since like mid of 2014 hes back on as the best rapper alive

I agree. I used Breakfast club because it was recent and had people calling in giving their opinion. But i bet if Sway of even Hot 97 had this discussion, it would be a different story. So many factors why he's "cold". He'll always be a worldwide household name and damn sure his rapping hasnt fallen off. Its just sad being such a big fan of him watching him essentially "waste" time. I know he's straight, rich as fuck and happy and we might be a little selfish but fuck seeing Yeezy working with a Beatle and headlining euro festivals makes me wish Weezy went on to the next level of collabs/projects.
