Crappy 6/10 song the beginning is one of the worst things I've ever heard

when Im nekkid I got three arms...haha....That line is atrocious and I hate the way he flows there (or DOES NOT flow). It’s some straight up IANAHB2 shit at the beginning. But then a few seconds in it switches gears and Wayne fucking bodies the beat, Euro too. It’s dope how they go back and forth like some other classic rap songs. Wayne hits that fast “Told Yall” flow in the middle too. I always laugh too when he says “looked in the mirror, said ‘OOH IT’S YOU!’” Totally 2008-9 vibe right there and through a lot of this song.

Also I love at 2:47 when the music goes all dark and he says all autotuned up “Lord knows I been waiting for you...” I get chills because that always reminds me that this is his best shit since 2008 and he sounds cool again after mostly just yapping like a bitch for 5 years. I’m kind of joking about that, but also im kind of NOT joking. He sounds fucking cool again on this album. Very little ultra fast A.D.D. trap weezy, if any. He slows his flow down like 07-08 commits to his wordplay for more than a half a bar. He’s really on point again, I gotta hand it to a nigga.

Is this a classic? Hmmmm…. Good question. I’m gonna go with YES. And I have actually been wondering that same question since it came out. It’s ruling the summer – my summer anyway – and it’s the first Wayne project since C3 that I’m not embarrassed to bump in mixed company. He is officially in a new and solid phase right now, with respect to the past and an eye on the future.
