    It's Wayne's own fault.

He had a pretty loyal fanbase because he was at one point hands down the best rapper dead or alive.

We tolerated him going through the Trukfit phase,
we tolerated him going through the guitar phase,
we tolerated all the trashy features and songs.
because of the little hope that he would one day come back...

But after years of being trash, rapping about the same shit over and over again,
people have realized that Wayne is never going to be the same as he was
That's why his fanbase is fading, thats why his sales arent popping anymore.

It's also because of the terrible management and horrible promo.

    I hate them thirsty bitches
    Cut them off like circumcision

all in all it has been poor management not a master plan to de throne weezy
            Timeless music or not

people were buying anything he put out
            no worries
            love me
            rich as fuck
wouldve charted higher and blown up sooner if his label CASH MONEY backed him up and put that on iTunes sooner rather than giving it for free and then releasing it on iTunes
As we know CM/universal only has the rights to sell his music
Doesn't depend on wayne or his management

why wouldn't you release ur biggest selling artist music on time to the fans
people waited to buy Krazy start a fire even believe me but no where to be found on iTunes
and everything I said are facts

even Cortez or Mack Maine even tweeted about those songs coming soon on iTunes around that time after fans complained when it's dropping

I still ill believe if they dropped C5 at that time it wouldve sold more than 500k At least

                That's what I am saying

                his attitude at that time
he knew his album was bad n birdy/universal made it that way
u see who executive producers are
have u even considered that that's what CM wanted him to do

when he gave a Good album C5
                they didn't release it

u know that LIVING RIGHT is from C5 and it's a great song (if u don't agree with this idk man what will make u agree that it's not his fault)

I agree with u he didn't give a fuck when IANAHB2 era but now he does

I believe he gonna comeback stronger than ever
as of now his image regarding music is so washed up n now that bitch Superhead said all those stuff just to get attention

                last but not the least
                when you in a contract
u are advised n made sure u don't say certain stuff that's why when wayne voiced his opinion on Twitter
that his creativity is a prisoner it went over people's head
Becoz we never heard wayne going against in a direct manner

he said C5 gonna be his last album
coz he don't want his legacy to be like that with bum ass albums(IANAHB2)

again good points especially the twitter/contract part. I agree Living Right is a very good song and I was aware it was a C5 song because Wiz Khalifa is my favorite artist so I seen him talking about his C5 verse over a year ago.

I believe C5 will be amazing but when I look back at all of the C5 "singles" they are good but are not on any level of previous Wayne big songs/singles. Fans were so blinded when they dropped because everyone was hungry for the final Carter espcially after all the delays. Some saw it right from the beginning but long time fans like you and I presume were just ready for whatever was dropped. Like I said they were good but Weezy is capable of great

hmm.. this is an interesting topic, probably a lot of layers to it. interesting numbers too, how they fell off from one year to the next. i think the other side to it is how wayne doesnt generate as much interest online either. sure he gets downloads, but if youre ever lookin at views and shares on wayne articles theyre usually significantly lower than other trending artist..

clearly its been bad business up at the top.. but i also think its a mismanagement of content, and a tendency to go low brow more often that not. we'll leave dedication 5 out of it since that was about a pure a mixtape as there could be, and im starting to feel like it might be the last.. at least up until dedication 6.

but sorry 4 the wait 2.. had the potential for interesting media.. there were good songs on there, original or otherwise, that deserved creative direction, and not just the shoddy wayne in a studio treatment. the selection too is weird.. why make a video for coco and not no type? which of those two would carry further, which is more of a reminder of vintage wayne?

hollyweezy had the potential to be very entertaining.. but nope, more of the same lackluster direction and production..

then theres the fact that waynes approach to music is pretty outdated. everyone is producing free albms w original music, and its gotten to the point where they almost look down on freestyles over other songs.. especially from a critical standpoint, its like that creativity isnt as worthy as original music, which i think is bullshit..

enter fwa, maybe necessary, but a mismanaged release on tidal.. that likely gained him nothing. the talk about how the album was released distracted the audience from the quality of the release.. and while theres a few big songs on there.. theres no content along with it..

wayne is a premier artist, and his management would like us to think hes a premier artist.. but they handle his output and creativity like hes still a mixtape rapper in 2004..

theres no reason why wayne and kanye shouldn be in the same category when were talking about music, but kanye treats his brand like hes apple or nike, and waynes people work like they arent even thinking about it..

why hasnt wayne been on the breakfast club? why hasnt wayne been on sway?

they want a premier hiphop elite artist.. but seems like they treat him like hes too infallible to make the rounds that keep the hiphop people interested.. think the last thing that wayne did that mattered culturally was the zulu nation thing..

smh its just a lot of missed opportunities.. this lilweezyana fest could be a good thing.. but its definitely gotta pick up from there..
