T.H.E.M. = M.E. = ME. and if you take "me" out of "them", its "th" and not able to be "spelled" = cant spell "them" without M.E. "Them or Me"

Life Is A Bitch is a common expression. Death is related to Life because you can't die unless you live (unless you're aborted or stillborn). Also, Death's also a Bitch. Hence why he used Sister and not Brother. Because females are Bitches. And Sleep is Death's Cousin is a common expression which rappers like Jadakiss and Nas have used.

before I became a huge fan and learned all about his life and stuff I thought he was spitting random shit right there, but he is tellin you about when he shot himself in the chest and the bullet were to inches away from his heart + that the doctor said he could have died on the way to the hospital.
Maybe I am the only one who didn't think of it first..
