He saying hey to the man that got a hoe(girlfriend) with a big butt.
He is going to mess him up, maybe fuck his girlfriend (the hoe)

"Hey to the man with a gun" (is simply as read), "Whats a pop trunk" (could mean he got more guns so many that they in the trunk) or (have you heard the pharse "imma pop the trunk on your bitch ass" he could be referring to that which simply means he will shoot you up).

thx, i never thought of looking at it that way. but it still doesnt explain "hows about 1-2", the meaning of "play" in the line, and what exactly he doesnt have a clue about.

the ONLY thing i can think of is this:
