I seriously never got it till like 10 seconds ago. He's saying he hopes he doesn't look weak, so he's saying he's a crying wolf which looks weak. Even though the wolf is crying you still see the teeth, which you should be scared of. All broken down he's saying don't take his size for granted because he is something to be scared of.
