He meant picture & pitcher. It's kinda hard to explain but he used the fact that the two words sound the same to make the baseball 3 strikes reference while still talking about a picture

hail is frozen rain, it's bad weather - double meaning, the other being hail (praise) weezy

"Abra Cadabra", is a common term that magicians use, "Magic Johnson", Magic Johnson is a basketball player and he got "magic" in his name, so he shouted out Magic Johnson.

Hard to explain but I tried my best to explain it.

"They say, outta sight's out of mind". Maybe the guys girlfriend or wife is not around and he is thinking about talking to this other woman cause she not around. Basically about to cheat on his/her spouse cause they are away.
"And nine times, out of ten, men out of pocket out of line" This man is paying for a hooker or spending money on a female just so he can sleep with her later or soemthing like that.
