Don't know what it means but I'm gonna guess possibly because it's rock and rap mixed in one song so it's upside down as in it's all mixed together and it's unusual and different.

Well rekindle means to re-ignite or relight so relight the flame. As in he was on fire off of C1 so he's going to relight himself and make himself hot again with C2.
