Take care was rather solid and steady than C4. But i was also referring to sales.
Plus TC is honestly more of an RnB Album.
And even that had a to big part of Weekends work to consider it being “Drakes album“. People like Kanye and Drake (at least now) have an “Im an artist approach“ which allows them to have people write for them but excludes them from any Hip-Hop/ MC List. But thats just imo

Naw, I know he said he gave Drake songs, but he didn't say Drake simply re-recorded them, and iont think that's what he meant. I think Drake just took the concepts, but The Weeknd isn't a rapper. There's no way Drake just "re-recorded" his songs. Despite all of the crooning and jokes at the time, Take Care is rap.
