i'm thinking maybe it could be on a cassette version of the album . i think they still made cassettes in 2000. i'm not old enough to know that for a fact tho
there's a skit on the album where the dude says "buy a cd asshole" which happens to be track #9 - which is where put it in tha streets would have been. going by the skit it sounds like cassettes were starting to officially die out so all the new copies of the album had this skit instead of put it on tha streets"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
