Kinda seems like they just let C5 do its thing and weren't worried about pushing it like that. Like how Wayne said they were going to release another disk or whatever the day after but he decided to just let it be.
But there's no excuse anymore. So many basic things they're never on top of. Wayne could be so much bigger outside of the US if they got their shit together.
