But it�s the Federal government...they could be investigating everything & some times it can take up to 6 months to a year to press charges. Someone is gonna be getting charged with this. It could be wayne, it could be someone taking the fall for wayne. However, if wayne had anything in that bag with his name on it, he�ll get charged. But if there�s no name, someone else could take the fall
