Yeah I hear that. I been thinking the same shit. This could’ve almost been like his Yeezus in a way if he cut the bullshit off the project. Well, my interpretation of bullshit anyway.

Like the other person above said, we all say it’s too long yet have different track listings. That’s testament to the many facets of Wayne we’ve been given by him. And our own preconceptions of what a new Wayne project should be; what we wanted it to be.

I feel like there’s a solid album lost inside Funeral. But it needs to be located. I wish Wayne had made the album like 10-13 tracks, 40 mins. A real statement. But as it stands it’s just wayyyyyy too long. No homo.

Cut the album to your perfect 13 tracks. And put them in the order you think they’d flow best to form a concise Funeral. I made one I could live with. Here’s mine:
