Tha Carter III, although if he was trying to pull out a "Wayne is not hip hop" (I've shared with you some stories about how some people wouldn't even accept him as a hip hop artist! Although nowadays, he is well respected most of the times and regarded as one by those...rap fans lol), i would recommend Drought III.
