But with that being said, Wayne is just a monster on that tape, it's just not my favorite Wayne tape because of the production. I think No Ceilings kind of sounds a little bit better and Wayne still spazzes on it, so if I had to recommend a mixtape I would say NC.
Dated? Man this new music today is fucking trash compared to da Drought 3...

I get it man it sounds different. But a lot of todays music is just very bad Imo ... A lot of it isn't even real lyrics its just trying to sound good. And it doesn't. Like da Drought 3 is on some steroid king level once In a life time type of shit.

Yeah you're right about the lyrics, today is like they rely on just creating a vibe and don't care about what they're saying. Wayne is able to create a vibe while being lyrical at the same time.

man, i really hate it, people hated on me for listening to Wayne and then suddenly they were bumping things like Lil Pump, Lil Uzi Vert etc. (others are keeping quiet indeed, but I'm sure they listen to the new era rappers lowkey too)
I'm really glad that they opened their minds and are able to see further and enjoy the vibes of "modern hip hop", but they realized what Wayne did for the Culture so many years later that it's ridiculous.
