Is Lil Wayne Better than Pac and Biggie?

It all subjective really. Depends on your definition of greatest and the standards you set. I would say Pac is the most influential rap artist. His songs and lyrics are always referenced and rappers always compare themselves to him when claiming they are the best. I felt like he had more potential and could've reached above the level he was at based on the what I heard on the 7 Day Theory and his unreleased songs that he recorded in 1996. A lot of rappers even started mimicking his style at the height of his career. This what make Pac a legend. He is recognized internationally.

With that being said I don't think it's fair to compare artists from different generations. But if you more into conscious rap like I am then you'll prolly agree Pac better.
