Possibly, I’m not too sure though. In the south, they would praise him I know that. But if wayne died after Tha Carter 3 or Tha Carter 4, he’d forever be known as the greatest of all time.

I dont think Wayne wouldve ever been the "universal goat" unless he was killed right after No Ceilings.

Right now tho it seems as though he is seen as top 10 OAT thats about the best he would get.
