(Spoiler - not bashing C5)
Dedication 5 came in the middle of the original "C5 sessions" and The way he was rapping on the mixtape was just incredible. I'd argue it's the best he's rapped in years, but FWA had some incredible song structure and felt like a much more complete project. Anyways, C5 (original and final) vs Dedication 5? Who you got?
Dedication 5 for me, Hot take... It's the best Dedication too. Beat selection A+ - Lyrics A+ and Creativity was on point too..
Most importantly he sounds like himself, the rapping voice is great, This is the last project where he had his confidence and his IANAHB1/Carter 4 flow. What a time to be alive..
I've most likely been the least happy about C5 as a whole since it's dropped, but I do respect it's legacy and everything that happened. I did like about 5 songs on the album (More than I liked on Funeral (1 song) This question is for those of you who really like C5, not a thread to bash the album at all.
