The leaks are from several sources, u already got some good answers. But one of them was Kidd Kidd, you can hear Wayne talk about this on rule 1 from this Dedication 3 skit:

I'm not sure if he was just leaking his collabos with Wayne or if it was other stuff too. The album song Wayne talking about is Mrs Officer from Carter 3.

Omarion also got kicked off YM for leaking 'I Get It In'.

it feels a bit invasive to listen to some of the songs like 'something you forgot' if he really didn't want to release it... but on the other hand, it's so damn good. what a quandary

but i listen to tons of bootlegs so i'd be kind of hypocritical if i made an arbitrary line in the sand... the only thing off the top of my head i feel truly weird hearing is that one song Eminem made after Proof died, which is just so raw and full of grief, and so obviously unfinished and not meant for people to hear... that type of thing genuinely feels like invading someone's privacy
