They can't do anything. Some of the unreleased songs don't use beats owned by Wayne and I'm not sure they even have a copyright on them to legally sue The Empire ... they can only make threats.

Some of you are really dumb if you think if someone only has your AIM name that they can't find you, a simple call from the police to AOL will give them the IP address associated with your AIM name, then a call to the ISP will give them your name, address, etc.

Anything that has Wayne's lyrics on is legally copyrighted by Wayne. Anything that is written, recorded or designed by someone automatically falls under copyright. Wayne can sue personally for Empire releasing his music whether they are Wayne's beats or not, they are his lyrics.
