I realized Wayne was The Best Rapper Alive in 1999 and I was like 6 when I heard him but Tha Block Is Hot is when I realized Wayne was the best because his flow was unlike anything I was hearing during that time "And we like to dress in all black up in my residence Ain't got on no suits Cause we aint tryna be Presidents" when I heard that that I knew he wasn't going no where anytime soon and 11 yers later Wayne is still doing his thing mixtape after mixtape, guest appearences and the Young Money army it'll feel like Wayne isn't even in jail.

I knew wayne a little bit already from fireman, but never thought of him again. Then Lollipop and Got money came out and I was like: oh here he is again. Like a month later I heard an other song (can't remember which one) from wayne and realised he was actually REALLY, REALLY good. So I started to google him and listen to wayne more and more (also to his mixtapes and old stuff) and that's when I became like a REAL fan.
So I knew wayne for a while already, but I've only been a real fan for like 2 and a half years
