Theres a diff between Khaled & Triple C's.......CCC is under Def Jam so i think they end up pushin' like 20,000 all together, dats terrible

Khaled is under E1 (aka Koch) so 28,000 is not bad, his last album did like 100,000 total, one before dat 200,000 and one before dat 300,000. and its all indie, i think he gets like 70% of retail sales
