From what I do know, yes they do usually ship early to try to get to you for the release day but obviously they release it way too early incase of delay, etc, so that you definitely get it on the day but because they usually send it out too early and there's usually no delays you always get them like a day early

It's only a couple of days, and it is an estimate.

It's 1st class, i'll probably even get it tomorrow. It's the royal mail, the queen won't let me down mother fuckas

I wouldn't risk that one at all because I know for sure on Xbox 360, Xbox LIVE has banned people for having games before release before. They did this for these French players that had a pirated copy of HALO 3: ODST. They were known as the "ODST Pirates", lol.

If you have it a day or two before normally you are fine.
