Don't care bout underrated but wiz khalifa is the most over rated rapper of our time only good shit I ever heardfrom him was prince of the city 2 after that his rhymes sounded like kids wrote them he's got catchy production that's about it if soulja boy had wiz team of producers he would be wiz lol
