To my understanding of the new rules, yes. I would PM the Mode of this section and ask him just to double check. The government is cracking down on piracy right now and are taking site domain names unexpectedly. So the LWHQ Modes and Admins are trying to play it safe right now so this site doesn't get taken down by the gov. Like I said, this is my understanding of the new rules, so I would just double check.

Just dl'd the iTunes version and is now hearin' this album for the first time.. Only song I've heard before this was all she wrote.

So far it sounds like a good album to me. I'm only at #5, so can't really judge. But my review goes:
