And if they did? Its still Wayne's most recent album out. Not experimental. Who cares if it was 'rushed' or whatever, thats Waynes fault for putting out a rushed, below average album.

That album wasn't meant to be a ALBUM, it was meant for a EP release prior to weeks before release date,
Those tracks wasn't meant to be ALBUM music, it was meant to entertain the fans until he comes back out.
