Em has fallen off in recent years, he's still dope but not the best rapper alive.
Kanye I would rank in my top 3, because he may not seem like one of the best but he's different in his approach which ranks him highly in my books.
Weezy would also be in my top 3 for the fact that when it comes to creative lines no-one comes close to his level.

The final person I would put in my top 3 is Tech N9ne. The man has a flow and delivery out of this world. I hope he gets Em and Wayne on tracks cause he could easily blow them both out the water.
