Best Rapper of All Time can never be determined because being better is a matter of opinion.......Now the Wayne/Jay/Em argument they all have disadvantages and advantages for them being considered better.....as for Wayne...his mixtape catalogue and feature catalogue is like no other in hip hop.matched by none......Suffix, Prefix,Dedication 1, Dedication 2, Drought 3, No Ceilings...(All considered classic mixtapes)....Thats why i like wayne because his mixtape game is untouchable and at a point in 2007 no one couldve outrapped him...(ask em)

Well IMO i think that just about 15 million people, doesn't agree with u... U think 1 million people download a rap-albumleak, and then goes and buy it, if the artist is the 80th best rapper of all time? SMH. And You then? Wtf are u doing here then?
