      Surely Not Any Other Rapper?

My top 4; (Yeah, you probably don't give a shit but whatever.)

Jay-Z - My fav rapper, always consistent, never has a bad verse, 11 No.1 albums in a row, doesn't hop on trends, doesn't have to go mainstream for success. etc, so basically, he's the king tbh.

Eminem - Brilliant in his younger years, has he fallen off? Hmm. Not sure. Always sells well, only person to kill the man above on a track? tbh. Diamond albums, DIAMONDS AND SHIT man. Also, Stan is one of my fav records ever.

Nas - Dropped one of the best albums in hip hop ever, a little inconsistent but his rhyming makes up for that.

Kanye - Does whatever the fuck he wants, dropped one of the best debuts and albums recently (MBDTF), So creative, 808's is fricken amazing. GREAT producer, he does it all.

Honourable mentions (Jay Electronica, Common, Wayne) (T.I., Fabolous, Pusha T) How long have these been in the game, just dope rappers IMO.
Rappers with potential (Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Earl, J. Cole)
What about his "weak" albums? Like Blueprint 2 for example, wouldn't call him "always consistent"

Still got love for Da Gawd J Hova
THIS AIN'T NOTHING TO RELATE TO.

I Honestly Don't Get The Fixation With T.I. - Yeah, He's Had Very Good Albums, But To Call Him One Of The Greatest Rappers Baffles Me.

I didn't know I wasn't allowed to hold an opinion...

He didn't really have that great of a start with his debut album, I'm Serious, which wasn't really that good although he did have a few good songs on it in my opinion such as "Dope Boyz", "Still Ain't Forgave Myself" and "What's Yo Name." Trap Muzik (which is my favorite album of his next to Paper Trail) is definitely a classic and it showed how much he developed from his debut album, proving he had the potential to make it to the top. I like how he raps with two different personalities, which is made obvious on his T.I. vs. T.I.P. album. It's like he has two faces (but not in a bad way) or two sides to himself. Also, just like when Lil Wayne always said he was the Best Rapper Alive (he doesn't say it all the time like he used to.) because he wanted to create competition within the rap game and because that's what he believed, T.I. wants to be and always claims he is, if not the best, then one of the best rappers in the south (King of the South) so that he can push himself to prove he deserves that title and to create competition amongst the many southern rappers.

Comparing him to the many rap legends, obviously he is nowhere near their levels of greatness. But comparing him to rappers that have been active in the game for the past decade (2000s - present), he's definitely one of the greatest in my opinion, or maybe I should say he's one of the greatest southern rappers. Although, he definitely doesn't rap as good as he used to, as he doesn't really have that flow from his first few albums, but then again, not all rappers maintain the same flow throughout their career.
