just thought this might be cool,
see what everyone else was listening to last year.
that way, we can recommend the artists we think are slept on
or may have been overlooked due to the vast amounts of good music in 2010.

1. Curren$y - Smokee Robinson
   
   i've known about him since 2007, but i always slept on him until lately when i actually gave him a chance. he is now on my list of top 5, and this mixtape has a lot to do with that.
   
2. Wiz Khalifa - Kush & OJ
   
   not my favorite lyrically, but i waited for this for a longgg time, & when it came out i kept it on repeat the perfect soundtrack for 4/20 2010.
   
3. Fabolous - TINC2: Funeral Service
   
   fab has always been a top emcee in my book, but with the release tape he's finally getting some of the recognition he deserves.
   
4. Los - Zero Gravity
   
   just started listening to los recently, & i've come to the conclusion that he's a lyrical force to be reckoned with. i didn't like shooter all that much, but the punchlines on this tape got me hooked.
   
5. B.O.B. - B.o.B. VS Bobby Ray
   
   this made me listen to bobby ray, along with all his other previously released material before he blew up. i actually tripped on shrooms & listened to this tape all the way through and never felt happier.
   
6. Big Sean - Finally Famous Vol. 3
   
   had listened to sean prior to this tape, but was clueless as to how large his body of work was. "bullshittin" was my anthem for a while.
   
7. Wale - More About Nothing
   
   Wale never fails to impress, after this tape i had to search for his others, i loved the overall feel of this tape.
   
8. Kendrick Lamar - Overly Dedicated
   
   recently discovered him, however kendrick lamar is anything but a rookie. after this tape, i will be eagerly awaiting his next projects.
   
9. Joe Budden - MM4: AT4TW
   
   i've known that joe was a talanted artists, however this tape put him back on the map for me
   
10. Tech N9ne - Bad Season
    
    always a fan of tech, a highly talented and underrated rapper. his EP was gut wrenchingly honest, while this tape is a little more lighthearted.

I'm surprised I couldn't think of more, though I've download more. Comments on other's mixtapes:
Ross's 2 - Never listened, I don't really like him, I have a bunch of his songs tho cause of features, and the ones off Ashes To Ashes are good.
Finally Famous 3 - I relistened just today, the beginning is really boring, the middle & towards the ending is good though. Still, not the best. I'm a fan of him too, I guess.
Kush & OJ - Kept like 3 songs, I'm not into Wiz very much, sometimes he just seems offbeat cause he's gotten like a stoner flow

And on an unrelated note, I can't believe no one's said Webby yet, he's a bit strange but most of his shit is fucking fire, I can't believe he isn't signed yet. I've only heard his 2 most recent mixtapes, I gotta listen to the older ones. Him>>>>>>Sam Adams

yeah idk if you'll like him, he has a certain style that some people dislike. Hope you enjoy it lol
