On topic, INAD is aight, it's the weakest of the Skylar Grey assisted songs out there right now I'd say but it's still enjoyable enough. Not sure about it blowing up though, I'd say it'll get top 20-30 and generate a bit of buzz, but I don't see a top 5 smash.

Much as I loved Kush though, I'd say this song has more hit potential, since Snoop on a track generates more of a "meh" these days and Akon only really works his hit making magic on club/dance songs since his voice suits it. Still, Kush went top 40, it's a start.
