Chamillionaire, Tyga, Wale (not neccesairily underrated, but doesn't have the attention he deserves, i think going MMG will fix tht though). Also I think B.o.B and T-Pain are good rappers, there not underrated, just more along the lines of pop artists who can rap very well haha
