i just don't see how you can be overrated without even being rated in the first place. and if someone thinks a person who isn't even on the radar is overrated, wouldn't that mean that the artist is where he or she's supposed to be at? or it may mean that the person with the original opinion may not know enough about the artist to base that opinion off anything substantial in the first place.

but oh well, everyone's entitled to their own opinion, even if it doesn't hold water.
