    Need Suggestions

    I have a project in painting that i gotta start next week,
    I have to paint an abstract painting to go with a song, like my interpretation of the song through painting

    Soo what do y'all think i should choose for my song, I've been thinking of a few, but i can't really decide

    I need something that has a lot of emotion in it, whether it's happy or sad or anything in between

    I've been thinking of something along the lines of Kid Cudi's Maniac, or something Odd Future.

    Any suggestion would be helpful, and once i start the painting i'll post pictures of the results.

      yea, like super abstract lol my teacher was like if the song talks about a bird, don't paint a bird, paint a shape to represent the bird.
      he wants the painting to show the emotion of the song, like dark and cool colors for down songs and light and warm colors for upbeat songs

          Can't wait to see what u make. Your artwork is super dope all tha time. I'm a fan. As for as song, maybe a song off of Fabolous's Soul Tape? All tha songs have emotion...

            thanks for the suggestions, i like the kanye idea too, i'ma pop in his album on my way home from school and see if i could get some inspiration from it
            and i just DLed the soul tape, i haven't gotten a chance to listen to the whole thing, but i like it, and props to LilWeezy-Wee, glad i have some fans of my work, i'll try not to disappoint, this is only gonna be my second painting like ever, so i'll do my best

            any more suggestions?

                I started drafts of the painting today, i chose Soundtrack 2 my life by Kid Cudi. so far it's comin out good, but it's only on paper, i i'll start the canvas painting tomorrow.
                thanks for all the suggestions, and i'll keep y'all updated on my progress, it should be done by next week.
