It's mad weird to hear a dude compared to Pac with a above average retail mixtape.

I understand where your coming from but to a lot of people/credible websites its not above average...its one of the best this year...and Pac isn't in my top 5 so if someone makes a claim like that its not farfetched to me..Kendrick is already a better lyricist than Pac....he has a ways to go but who know what the future holds for any artist...he might go down as the greatest or just another dope lyricist that made dope music...I don't agree with the comparisons as of now...so i can say that some people are overrating him..but I said I have confidence he is gonna make a classic..I don't see how that is overrating him...

More than just time, it needs to be of a certain quality as well as pass the stand of time. If it's influencial it will certainly help it's case.
