Yea he used to fuck with him alot but of all time...Wayne has been way too inconsistent. If you think about it, When you listen to Kendrick's music do you even hear Wayne...Only people like Juelz, Fat Joe, Jim Jones,Drake etc will put Wayne in their top 10.
